The Chief Administrative Officer/Sironko would wish to inform and thank the companies which showed interest to undertake the open bid contracts for FY 2018/2019.

My Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU) and the evaluation team has concluded the evaluation process and the contracts committee has recommended the companies that mate the eligibility criteria to pick their letters of award and prepare acceptance letters to enable us precede to the next level of signing contract agreements.

Similarly, on behalf of the PDU, I would like to appeal to the unsuccessful companies to take heart and hope for the best in the next selective bidding for FY 2018/2019.
